Dr. Praveen Pachauri
Principal, Govt. Polytechnic Siwan
Dr Praveen Pachauri is presently working as Principal, Government Polytechnic Siwan, under Government of Bihar. He has also been the Director at U.P. Institute of Design, Noida (A constituent Institute of Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow under Ministry of Technical Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh) and Director (Projects and Planning) at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), Noida for many years. He is the recipient of "Young Researcher Award" from Institution of Engineers (India) and “Er. Nivesh Kumar Varshney, Meerut Memorial Award for UP/ Uttarakhand State Best Engineering College Teacher for the year 2020” from Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).
He has accomplished many prestigious assignments, such as:
- Hon’ble Governor of Rajasthan and Chancellor's Nominee in the Board of Management of Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (Udaipur University).
- Member of the Board of Studies (BOS) at Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow.
- Mentor for implementation of Outcome Based Education (OBE) and NBA accreditation at four AKTU affiliated institutes.
- Advisor for MSME approved Technology Business Incubator (TBI) at Maharshi University of Information Technology, Lucknow. Mentoring many Startups companies.

Area of Interest: Mrs. Swarnika Kumari, an esteemed academician, holds a Master of Technology from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, and a Bachelor of Technology from JIS College of Engineering, Kalyani. Additionally, she has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Embedded System Design from CDAC Pune. With prior roles as a project scientist at IIT Delhi and a Junior Research Fellow at IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, Mrs. Kumari brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her work. Dr. Dhananjay Kumar is Lecturer in Economics at Government Polytechnic Siwan. Dr. Kumar is also an academic in-charge, acting Head of Department (HoD), Department of Applied Science and Humanities and Warden of Hostel-II. Before joining this institute, Dr. Kumar was an Assistant Professor at GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Dr. Kumar has been awarded Doctorate from School of Economics, University of Hyderabad. Dr. Kumar is UGC-NET qualified and JRF holder in Economics at University of Hyderabad. Dr. Kumar completed his M.A in Economics at Central University of South Bihar and B.A (Hons.) from Patna University. Dr. Kumar was also an intern at the Institute of Economic Growth, University of Delhi during his Master’s programme. Dr. Kumar published seven research articles in peer-reviewed national/international journals including UGC Care list journals/SCOPUS/Web of Sciences. Dr. Dhananjay Kumar Singh, Lecturer (Physics)

Dr. Dhananjay Singh is a distinguished educator and physicist, presently serving as a Lecturer (Physics) at GP Siwan. With a rich academic and administrative background, he has spent the last five years at the institute excelling in roles such as Academic In-charge, Examination Controller, and overseeing the Training and Placement Cell. Dr. Singh holds M.Sc degree from University of Allahabad, specializing in “Condensed Matter Physics”, and completed his Ph.D. at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. His extensive research focuses on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, boasting numerous research articles in esteemed international journals. He is a seasoned presenter at both National and International conferences and seminars, showcasing his cutting-edge research. Furthermore, he actively contributes to the scientific community as a peer reviewer for esteemed SCI journals, including “Materials Research Letters” etc. Notably, Dr. Dhananjay Singh is a dedicated lifetime member of the “Luminescence Society of India”. His dedication to both academia and research underscores his commitment to advancing the field of Physics.

Dr. Deepak Kumar Singh currently holds the position of Lecturer in Mathematics at Government Polytechnic Siwan. In 2019, he achieved qualification in the CSIR-NET (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research - National Eligibility Test) in Mathematical Sciences. He pursued his Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, specializing in Wavelet Analysis, at Banaras Hindu University. His doctoral thesis, titled "Investigations on Moduli of Continuity by Wavelet Techniques with Applications," was submitted on 23.01.2024, under the guidance of Prof. Shyam Lal, for the award of the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mathematics from the same university.
Dr. Singh obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Allahabad. Throughout his academic journey, he has demonstrated scholarly activity by presenting six research papers at conferences and actively participating in various workshops and seminars. His research interests and expertise lie in the field of Wavelet Analysis, particularly focusing on the application of wavelet techniques to study moduli of continuity.
