GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC SIWAN was established by the Government of Bihar with a view to gather to the needs of the people of the state in emerging areas of Technology and to provide the art of teaching-learning facilities as available elsewhere in the country. G.P. Siwan started its journey with humble beginning with Diploma in Commercial Practice.

        This institute situated in a serene surrounding and located in Siwan, Bihar. It is locate in such a place that it is able to serve the cause of Students of both urban and as well as rural areas of Banka. The institue is founded to cope up with the need of technical education in the country.
